We are seeking a motivated Team Leader / Project Manager to oversee projects, lead our Wellness Technician teams, and ensure exceptional client service delivery.

The Role

As Team Leader / Project Manager, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our corporate clients receive consistent, high-quality results. You’ll supervise teams, manage projects from start to finish, and act as the main point of contact between clients and operations.

Your responsibilities will include:

Supervising Wellness Technicians across multiple corporate sites
Coordinating and scheduling cleaning projects and daily operations
Ensuring compliance with client requirements and UC Stay Cleaning standards
Conducting on-site quality inspections and monthly check-ins
Providing hands-on support and training to staff
Liaising with clients, addressing feedback, and ensuring satisfaction
Reporting directly to senior management on performance and outcomes

What We’re Looking For

Previous experience in team leadership, project management, or operations (cleaning, facilities, or service industry preferred)
Strong organisational and communication skills
Ability to lead, motivate, and mentor team members
Problem-solving mindset and ability to think on your feet
Professional presentation and client-facing confidence
Flexibility to work a mix of on-site supervision and office-based coordination
