The Role

As an Account Manager, you’ll be the key contact for our corporate clients, ensuring their experience with UC Stay Cleaning is exceptional. You’ll manage relationships, oversee service delivery, and help drive growth through proactive client engagement.

Your responsibilities will include:

Building and maintaining strong client relationships with corporate partners
Acting as the main point of contact for client communications and queries
Conducting regular check-ins and site visits to ensure service standards are exceeded
Identifying opportunities to upsell additional Workplace Wellness services
Coordinating with Wellness Technicians and Operations to deliver seamless service
Preparing reports and feedback for both clients and internal teams

Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Experience in account management, client services, or facilities management (preferred)
Ability to manage multiple accounts with professionalism and efficiency
Problem-solving mindset and proactive approach
